I'm a psychologist. I did therapy for 16 years. You know the law - I know people. You'll get bigger verdicts if you work with me than if you work alone.
I've helped litigators win their most challenging jury cases.
More than $1 Billion in plaintiff verdicts have been achieved over the past five years
including three of the largest verdicts in Texas:
|
| |
Featherston v. Gressler (March 4, 2005) $606 million: A state jury awarded $606 million, including $600 million in punitive
damages, to the family of an 82 year old cancer patient who died after receiving an overdose of chemotherapy medication.
|
| |
Polliner v. Texas Health Systems (Aug. 27, 2004) $366 million: A federal court jury was persuaded to award damages to a
cardiologist who claimed that his practice was ruined when three fellow doctors and a hospital conspired to suspend his privileges to
perform heart procedures.
|
| |
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Marshall (April 22, 2004) $36.8 million: Damages were awarded to nine young victims who
were sexually abused by a former Lutheran minister. The jury award and a companion $34 million settlement combined to represent the
largest per capita award per victim in any clergy sexual abuse case in the U.S.
